The blessing of having an amazing companion

Were you able to receive my emails last week?
Well I guess the main thing I want to talk about today is my new companion.
Her name is Sister Egginton and I'm pretty sure I could possibly cry with how much I am grateful that she is my companion. Not even kidding, she is amazing.
I basically wrote a list of all the reasons I am grateful for her so I will probably write some of that.
Well first of all she is our Sister Training leader, so she has come and visited us before. And so the times after that I have seen her she has always been really excited to see me, and has always come over and hugged me (in a "I super miss you!!!" way) haha. So that is great. But honestly from the moment she became sister Rowley and my 3rd companion she has been suggesting ideas we should implement to be stronger better missionaries. What is Wonderful about these ideas, is that they are basically ALL ones I have felt strongly about and suggested before. Seriously. Like actually making sure we leave on time so we get to appointments on time. And making sure we turn off the light at 10:30, and setting up more consistent appointments with people, and involving members more in our lessons.
And something I really like about her is that when we "discuss" things or ideas its an actual discussion in which everyones idea is heard and we decide on things together. Also when she prays its really sincere.
Anyways it is really wonderful because we are being exactly obedient and we are trusting in the Lord to help us find His children.
We had planning session the other day, and it was Great. So I'm very grateful for that. Also we work super well in unity together.
I have had some really wonderful experiences in the last few days, of meeting with people who really do seem prepared.
We actually visited a really LA man and basically he didn't believe in God, and so I kept testifying to him that God knows him individually and loves him, and wants him to have peace in this life. And that if he would pray sincerely, then God would answer his prayers through the power of the Holy Ghost. And I can't even describe this accurately but I could Feel the spirit testifying of the truthfulness of what I said.
It was kind of an experience of the whole "not being confounded before men" because everything he said I was able to testify of the Gospel with and he started really thinking about it.
And afterwards Sister Egginton kind of pulled me to the side and basically said how wonderful it was and how immensly glad she is that I continued to testify of the Gospel. Its pretty nice throughout the first week she randomly would stop and say something like "You have No idea how happy I am to finally have a companion who will speak up" or "I really feel like we work together" Or things like that. And It really makes me feel good.
Because I really do feel like I do my best and so its so nice, because since she is the type of person to point out the good its been really positively effecting sister Rowley who also points out the good in things now/ So I love it. I am grateful for it. I love this transfer SOOO much and I want to stay here for all of it.
Before we taught a TON of lessons, but now I am seeing that although the quantty of the lessons are not as high, the Quality is way better.
We taught good lessons before, but now they are powerful and guided by the spirit.
The importance now is focusing on the persons needs and understanding and following the spirit.
I love it. This is how it should be :)
I really loved my trainer sister Pielstick.
But I am so So grateful for sister Egginton.
Things are working really well.
I love it. I am excited to teach (which I always am) but now I am also enjoying role plays and companion study because it truly is helping now, its focusing on the important things and learning together how to best follow the spirit to teach people)
Also we talk to everyone :) Which has been SO good! :)
Well I love you all, I am very happy to be here.
Also is nice now when people ask me if my visa comes yet sister Egginton says "No we need her here!" and she also told me that she is praying for my visa to NOT come :) haha I love her.
And I love the ward (we also have a lady in the ward that says she prays that my visa doesn't come haha) its so sweet.
But ya I love it and I love you all!
